Tuesday Club Run
Half Mile Reps Session along the Cargenbridge Cycle Path
Start at Nunholm at 18:30 and do gentle warm up to start (approx 1.5miles) then half mile reps. All runners of all abilities running in the same area and usally split up into 3-4 groups depending on pace. Do as many reps as you like (most normally do 6-10).
Gentle run back to club at the end of the session.
