POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH
HOW DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE IMPROVED (SPEED/HEALTH/CONFIDENCE)? Definitely healthier and slightly quicker.
FAVOURITE PLACE TO RUN? I don’t mind as long as it’s not the cycle path at Heathhall.
FAVOURITE TYPE OF RUNNING/DISTANCE? I prefer to run on the road and anywhere between 5 and 10 miles.
WEEKLY MILEAGE? Between 15 and 20 miles. Need to do more though.
