WHEN DID YOU START RUNNING AND WHY?   April 2006.  I wanted to run in the Race for Life and get a bit fitter.

FAVOURITE THING ABOUT DUMFRIES RUNNING CLUB?    I now have  company when I run!

POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH DUMFRIES RUNNING CLUB?  The friendliness and help given.

HOW DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE IMPROVED (SPEED/HEALTH/CONFIDENCE)?   Definitely healthier and slightly quicker.

FAVOURITE PLACE TO RUN?  I don’t mind as long as it’s not the cycle path at Heathhall.

FAVOURITE TYPE OF RUNNING/DISTANCE?  I prefer to run on the road and anywhere between 5 and 10 miles.

WEEKLY MILEAGE?  Between 15 and 20 miles.  Need to do more though.

MOST SATISFYING RUN/PERFORMANCE?   Completing the Brampton to Carlisle race in 2006 in hailstones and gale force winds!
