POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH DUMFRIES RUNNING CLUB?  Help and encouragement when increasing mileage: team effort and participation in events/weekends away from home.

HOW DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE IMPROVED (SPEED/HEALTH/CONFIDENCE)?   Improvement in all areas, although I will never be fast.

FAVOURITE PLACE TO RUN?  Locally, the Crichton area or on the cycle path network.  Further a-field, the recent Hadrian’s Wall run.

FAVOURITE TYPE OF RUNNING/DISTANCE?  5 miles so far.

WEEKLY MILEAGE?  10 – 15 miles

MOST SATISFYING RUN/PERFORMANCE?   Finishing all my runs.
