POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH DUMFRIES RUNNING CLUB?   Getting a PB for a half marathon.

HOW DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE IMPROVED (SPEED/HEALTH/CONFIDENCE)?    My speed and stamina have both improved.

FAVOURITE PLACE TO RUN?   Beeswing Road .

 FAVOURITE TYPE OF RUNNING/DISTANCE?  Half marathon.

WEEKLY MILEAGE?   Depends on illness, and life.  12-20 miles.  Increased in pre-race period.

MOST SATISFYING RUN/PERFORMANCE?   Dumfries Half Marathon 2006
